We offer flexible and affordable pricing options to fit nearly any budget for our EMR System, Phone Answering and Scheduling Services, and our Billing Solutions. Our clients range from mental health professionals who have a part-time private practice to large state-wide agencies.

If you are looking for a comprehensive electronic solution, you will find our monthly fee for our electronic medical record system is competitively priced. A flat rate of $79per month provides access to our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) System, including features like electronic clinical notes and patient records, calendar and appointments, text and email reminders, integrated templates for your practice, and much more.

Never miss another potential client by letting calls go to voicemail. With our scheduling services, you receive the full benefits of the electronic medical record system plus have a team of dedicated receptionist answer your calls Monday through Friday. Because the same two receptionists are assigned to your phones, your clients will quickly become familiar with your reception team, while your reception team will learn the nuances of your office and represent your practice professionally.

When you enter your progress note in to our EMR system, you are able to submit that directly to KASA for billing. With our billing package, you will have a dedicated team member assigned to your account so you are dealing with the same person every time you reach out to us.

Once you submit a progress note for billing, we take care of the rest. We generate and submit the claim to the insurance company, if the claim is denied, we will follow up with it and resubmit the claim once the issue is corrected. While the payments stay between you and the insurance company, we will upload the remittances in to our system. This enables us to reconcile your account receivable within the EMR system. If your clients still owe a balance, we will take care of sending out statements to them at the end of each month.

When you elect to use our full service option, managing your practice is as simple as entering your progress notes. This option combines the best of everything our EMR system, our reception team and our billing staff.
